1. Bookings & Payments

• A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit or full payment as specified during the booking process.
• Full payment is required prior to arrival unless otherwise arranged.
• Prices are subject to change but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing (email).
• Cancellation fees may apply as follows (adjust to your policy):
  • More than 30 days before arrival: [e.g. Full refund minus admin fee]
  • 15–30 days before arrival: [e.g. 50% refund]
  • Less than 14 days before arrival: [e.g. No refund]
• No refunds will be given for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to participate in walking safaris and related activities.
• All guests must follow the instructions of guides at all times to ensure safety.
• You are responsible for your personal belongings. Zinzi Walking Safaris is not liable for loss or theft.

4. Safety & Liability

• Wildlife encounters carry inherent risks. While we take all reasonable precautions, participation in activities is at your own risk.
• Zinzi Walking Safaris, its staff, and affiliates will not be held liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your stay or participation.
• We strongly recommend that all guests have comprehensive travel and medical insurance.

5. Changes & Force Majeure

• We reserve the right to alter or cancel itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics).
• In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternatives or reschedule.

6. Children

• Children are welcome but must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times.
• Minimum age requirements for walking safaris may apply for safety reasons (e.g. no children under 12 on walking safaris).

7. Use of Website

• All content on [zinziwalkingsafaris.com] (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Zinzi Walking Safaris and may not be copied or used without permission.
• You agree not to misuse our website or attempt unauthorized access.

8. Governing Law
